Non-Profit Use

If you are a non-profit organization, a public school, a non-profit private school, or a government entity and you want to use my photos in a non-profit manner, I encourage you to contact me (scott AT westerngrebe.com).

When you contact me, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

• organization name, address, non-profit status
• scope of the project for which you will be using my photos
• species you are interested in (birds and non-birds alike -- I have hundreds of more photos than are on my web site, including scenery, insects, flowers, etc.)
• ability to work with both CD-R and DVD-R formats
• file format:  TIFF, PSD, JPG, or CR2 (Canon's RAW image format); both Adobe Bridge/Photoshop CS2 and Google's free Picasa software can read the CR2 format
• for formats other than Canon's Raw CR2:
  • image size -- height and width in inches; I can also provide photos as shot (~ 4 x 6) and you can crop yourself
  • image resolution in dpi (e.g., 300 dpi)
  • colorspace (e.g., Adobe RGB, sRGB)
  • 8 or 16 bits/channel
  • whether or not you want me to filter/sharpen the photos
